6:05PM - Public Hearing - 791 Case Karsten Drive - Site Plan Review and Special Land Use application submitted by Michael Baker on behalf of Caldeonia SM, LLC for the construction of a commercial storage warehouse development consisting of 7 buildings and 39 total units with project also including landscaping, vehicle movement and parking improvements.
6:10PM - Public Hearing - 349 E Main Avenue - Rezoning Request submitted by Charles Geenen on behalf of GDP Zeeland, LLC to rezone from the I-2, General Industrial Zone District to the C-2, Central Business District; applicant has also requested an AO, Alcohol Overlay District zoning - On and Off - for the sale of alcohol for both on and off premises consumption.
