5:55PM - Public Hearing - 120 E Main Ave - Site Plan Review application submitted by Bryan Lanser on behalf of 120 Main LLC for redevelopment of existing building including construction of approximately 1,750 square feet of second floor area above existing single-story portion of building. Redevelopment includes one commercial space and five residential apartments.
