Zeeland City Council has set the annual Trick-or-Treat hours for Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 5:00-7:00 PM.   *The Downtown Zeeland Trick-or-Treat event has been cancelled for this year.

City-wide Trick-or-Treating is not a required activity for all households. If a homeowner chooses not to participate in handing out candy, we suggest that they keep their exterior lights off to signal they will not be handing out treats.

The City of Zeeland would like to share the following MDHHS and CDC guidelines for residents to consider at their own discretion:

Maintain social distancing of at least six feet.

Wear a cloth mask that covers both the mouth and nose.

Limit contact with commonly touched surfaces and wash hands often.

The CDC considers Trick-or-Treating a high-risk activity and offers alternative activities to consider as well as safety tips.
