    6:00PM - Public Hearing - 600 N Centennial Street - Application to construct a building addition on Gentex building Centennial West with a maximum height of 46 feet to the top of the parapet wall. Section 3.200 of the Zoning Ordinance allows a maximum building height of 40 feet and Section 4.114 allows an additional 4 feet for a parapet wall. Gentex is seeking a height variance of up to 6 feet above what is permitted if there is not a parapet wall.
