Facilities

Huizenga Park is located on the south side of the city, south of the Business Route 196. It has restrooms, basketball courts, a beach volleyball court and a ball field. It also has open-air shelters for picnics and a large outdoor skate park as well as a large play area known as Timber Town. There is also a small pond that may be used for fishing, however swimming and boating are prohibited.

• In reference to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic situation, please note that outdoor amenities in the parks, such as but not limited to picnic tables, playground equipment, grills, etc. are not sanitized by the City.
