Artwork for the festival must be appropriate for public viewing. 2. Artists will receive a $200 stipend and refreshments are provided for artists on the day of. There is no reimbursement for supplies used or travel and lodging. 3. Artists are required to work on their drawing during the festival with completion by 8pm. Artists may begin their piece as early as 8am. Public viewing and voting will take place on the day of the event. *Event Stipend for Zeeland's Chalk Fest Each artist will receive a stipend of $200 for their artistic abilities after completion of a 6' x 6' chalk art display.
