Public Transportation
The City of Zeeland provides its residents with public transportation through the Macatawa Area Express (MAX) bus system.
MAX Bus Hours
The bus travels a route through Zeeland every hour during the following times:
Weekdays: 6am-7pm
Saturdays: 8am-7pm
Saturdays: 8am-7pm
The bus deviates from the fixed route up to three times per hour to assist seniors over 70 years of age and ADA eligible riders.
Cost
Fixed route: $1
Reserved ride: (one way) $5.
The fixed route system is free to those 65 and older, under 5, and ADA & Medicare cardholders.
