Church Street Reconstruction Project

_{Beginning in January 2026, the City of Zeeland will be reconstructing Church Street from Washington Avenue to Lincoln.}

Project Schedule (**Please note that all timelines are weather dependent and subject to change**)

Lincoln to Central will be under construction until August.
- Sanitary Sewer Work: 7/20-8/4
- Grading, Concrete, Asphalt and Restoration: 8/5-8/21
- Lincoln Avenue Intersection open to traffic with gravel 8/7
Central to Main will be under construction from June through August.
- Storm Sewer Work: 7/20-8/7
- Sanitary Sewer Work: 8/10-8/21
Anticipate Central open to traffic 8/28
Main and Church intersection will be shut down to all traffic the end of August through September.
Main to Washington will be under construction September through October.
Intersections at Lincoln, Central, Centennial, Cherry & Washington will all see closures throughout the construction project.
