Church Street Reconstruction Project

_{Beginning in January 2026, the City of Zeeland will be reconstructing Church Street from Washington Avenue to Lincoln.}

Project Schedule (**Please note that all timelines are weather dependent and subject to change**)

Central to Main will be under construction from June through August.
- Base course of asphalt – Week of September 28
- Sidewalk and snowmelt installation – Through mid-October
- Final restoration – Through October
Main and Church intersection will be shut down to all traffic 9/23 & 9/24
Main to Washington will be under construction October 5 to mid-November
Washington Avenue closure – Week of October 5
Intersections at Lincoln, Central, Centennial, Cherry & Washington will all see closures throughout the construction project.
